The MTM1800 European Roller Mill Process Mainly Includes the Following Steps:

1. Feeding: Material is directly fed into the feed hopper using a forklift or truck. A bar valve is installed below the feed hopper to effectively control the material flow by adjusting the grid gap.

2. Grinding: After the material falls onto the variable frequency belt feeder, it is evenly, quantitatively, and continuously fed into the main grinding chamber for grinding.

3. Classification: The ground material is conveyed by the fan airflow to the classifier for classification. Under the action of the analyzer, materials that do not meet fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re-grinding. Qualified materials flow through the airflow through a pipeline into the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection, and are discharged through the discharge device as the finished powder.

4. Dust Removal: The separated airflow passes through the return air duct at the top of the cyclone powder collector and enters the fan. This system operates under positive and negative pressure conditions and is equipped with a pulse dust collector, effectively protecting the environment and human health while improving industrial production efficiency.

5. Discharge: The finished powder is transported by a screw conveyor below the powder collector to a bucket elevator, and then to the finished product silo. Tanker trucks receive the material below and take it away when it is full.
