1. The Oowder Lock Is Not Sealed Tightly:

If the powder lock of the Raymond mill is not well sealed and powder leaks during the grinding process, it will cause powder backsucking, resulting in no powder or less powder output.

‌Solution:

‌Check the seal of the powder lock: Check the seal of the powder lock regularly to ensure it is tight and leak-free. If the seal is found to be loose, the sealing degree should be adjusted in time.

2. Fan Blades Are Worn or Air Duct Is Blocked:

‌Blade wear or air duct blockage will lead to reduced air volume and affect the normal operation of the mill.

‌Solution:

‌Check the fan and air duct: Check the wear of the fan blades, replace the severely worn blades in time, and clean the foreign objects in the air duct to keep the air duct unobstructed. ‌

‌3. The Blade Is Severely Worn:

The scraper of Raymond mill is a vulnerable part in the mill, which is responsible for scooping up the materials. When the scraper has been used for a period of time or the quality is not strong enough, it will be worn out and the materials cannot be scooped up, which will also result in no powder output or less powder output, thus affecting the powder output.
